Life is Simple. It is all in the mind.

Why do we over think things? Why do we feel the need to second-guess what is really going on with what we think is going on? How many times you hear or talk from someone that was pretty straightforward, but you felt the need to read into the “deeper message?” Let’s be honest for in this case we all are guilty of such things. Whether it’s a comic or tight slap conversation from your friend or anyone whom we interact, we always think there is an alternative meaning behind these people’s words. Sometimes what a person says is exactly what they mean; there is nothing up for discussion. But many people misinterpret things which cause controversy.
Follow your gut and your instincts, more often than not, it will work out in your favor. You may need to enforce some sort of personal time limit as each person differs.Another great option is to go out and to distract yourself and to make a quick decision later on. Let yourself relax and come back to the decision when you have internally calmed down. Perhaps the most helpful thing to do is to stop thinking of the worse case scenario. This is a problem many over thinkers face and is perhaps the hardest to overcome.
Nothing external to us can give us permanent and true happiness. We actually have all we need to be truly happy within us.The art of having less but enjoying our lives more, involves a few simple changes in perspective. First, we must understand where our true values lie and focus on them. Then, we must take time to enjoy the simple things, and slow down and see what’s right in front of us. With this make life simple and its all in the mind.
